  • Previously Director of POPAI ANZ (International Organisation for Marketing at Retail) from 2004 to 2009 and founding Chairman of the POPAI Sustainability Committee.
  • Director & CEO of Hamlon P/L trading as SPOS (Sydney Point of Sale) – one of Australia’s largest providers of retail merchandising solutions, custom displays and interactive media.  Led MBI funded by HGL and grew revenues from $13m to $20m over 4 years.
  • Founded Redicall business and built it to be a leading prepaid telecommunications company with annualised revenues of $60m and exited the business to Pracom.
  • Has won 28 International Awards of Excellence for marketing, merchandising, retailing, packaging, fundraising and promotional campaigns.

Martin Quinn – Director

  • Previously Director of POPAI ANZ (International Organisation for Marketing at Retail).
  • General Manager Westfield. Developed the successful Westfield BrandSpace business.

Noel Carroll - Director

  • 16 years experience in quality control, production and general management with companies such as RM Gow (Food Division), Sara Lee, Defiance Foods and McCain Foods before acquiring Michel’s Patisserie  in 1999, which he quickly turned  into one of the most successful retail food group businesses seen in Australia.
  • Growing to around 400 retails outlets across Australia, New Zealand and China, with an annual turnover of close to $300 million, Michel’s Patisserie was sold in 2007 to the public food company – Retail Food – joining their family of high profile bands including Donut King, Brumbies and BB’s Cafe. Michel’s Patisserie won many awards including Franchise Systems of the Year for an unprecedented three years in a row.
  • Noel is arguably one of the most experienced businessmen in Australia when it comes to franchising and creating successful retail models. He first served on the NSW Board of the Franchise Council of Australia, before being invited onto the National Board in 2004.
  • Noel has won many awards over the years, however he notes the 2006 Centenary Medal, where The Manly Daily chose he and his partner as the most significant contributors to Industry and Commerce on the Northern Beaches for its centenary year, as among his proudest achievements.

John Diddams—Director and Company Secretary

  • John has over 30 years financial & business experience, having acted in a variety of roles including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.   • John holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons, Accounting), is a Fellow of the Australian Society of CPAs and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
